Our Story
We started Hogtown Smoke in 2018 with one goal — bring real Texas-style BBQ to Gainesville. No fancy gimmicks. Just meat, smoke, time, and patience.
Every brisket is rubbed by hand, smoked over oak and hickory for 14 hours, and rested before it ever touches a knife. Our ribs are dry-rubbed, never parboiled. Our pulled pork rests in its own juices until it falls apart.
